1. Overview

We want you to feel confident when purchasing. This policy explains eligibility windows, exceptions, and request steps for refunds.

2. Trial plan ($0.50 / 7 days)

The trial is a low-cost access period to evaluate premium functionality. Trial charges are generally non-refundable.

3. Monthly plan ($11.99 / month)

Monthly plans may be eligible for a refund request within 7 days of initial purchase. Renewals are generally non-refundable, but you may cancel future billing anytime.

4. Yearly plan ($129.00 / year)

Yearly plans may be eligible for a full refund request within 14 days of initial purchase. After that, prorated decisions may be considered case by case.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@resumescraft.com with account email, purchase date, plan type, and reason for request. We review requests as quickly as possible.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for policy violations, expired request windows, or abusive payment disputes that bypass support review.

7. Cancellation vs refund

Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds return previously charged amounts. Canceling does not automatically issue a refund.
